SkillPlusAI: Refund and Credit Transfer Policy
1. General Policy
SkillPlusAI and its digital products (“Products”) are owned and operated by Dev Tripathy AI Systems, a registered sole proprietorship. All legal agreements and transactions are made with Dev Tripathy AI Systems.
We specialize in providing high-quality digital products, including courses, software tools, and frameworks. Upon completion of your purchase, you receive immediate and irrevocable access to these Products. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Account suspension or termination, whether initiated by you or by SkillPlusAI, does not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation. This applies regardless of the reason for termination, including but not limited to violation of our Terms and Conditions, non-use of the Services, or voluntary account closure.
Any discretionary credit transfers, as outlined in Section 2 of this Policy, remain subject to our sole approval and are not automatically granted upon termination.
2. Discretionary Credit Transfers
While refunds are not provided, we understand that circumstances may vary. As a gesture of goodwill, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit transfer.
Eligibility for Request: To be considered for a credit transfer, you must contact our support team at support@skillplusai.com within 14 (fourteen) days of your original purchase date.
Conditions: A credit transfer may be considered if you believe the purchased Product is not a suitable fit for your needs. The evaluation of such requests is conducted on a case-by-case basis and approval is solely at the discretion of SkillPlusAI and is not guaranteed under any circumstances
Credit Terms: If a credit transfer is approved, the full amount of your original purchase will be issued as a credit to your SkillPlusAI account. This credit:
Must be used within 6 (six) months from the date of issue.
Is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser's account.
Can be applied toward the purchase of any other SkillPlusAI Product of equal or greater value.
Holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. International Compliance and Waiver of Statutory Rights
SkillPlusAI serves a global customer base. We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws.
For Customers in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK): You are typically entitled to a 14-day "right of withdrawal" (cooling-off period) for digital goods.
However, this right is waived if you consent to immediate access to the digital content. By proceeding with your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital Product and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted. This waiver ensures you can benefit from our Products instantly without a waiting period.
4. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and directly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Pingpong), you agree to first contact SkillPlusAI support at support@skillplusai.com to allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Agreement: By purchasing a Product, you agree not to file a payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us.
Consequences: An unauthorized or illegitimate chargeback will be considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend your account access, and present evidence of your agreement to this policy to the relevant financial institution. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including reporting the incident to relevant authorities or using a collection agency, to recover damages for chargebacks deemed fraudulent.

By completing a purchase on the SkillPlusAI website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Credit Transfer Policy.
