Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Scope of Policy

 

This policy governs the delivery of and access to all digital products, subscriptions, and services (collectively, "Products") purchased from SkillPlusAI, operated by Dev Tripathy AI Systems. As our offerings are purely digital, no physical products are shipped, and traditional shipping policies do not apply.

 

2. Digital Delivery

 

  • Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased Product. Access will be provided via a confirmation email containing necessary links, login credentials, or download instructions.

  • Completion of Delivery: Delivery is considered complete at the moment we provide you with access credentials or links to the digital Product. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to check your inbox (including spam folders).

  • Proof of Delivery: Our system logs showing that access has been granted shall serve as proof of delivery.

 

3. Access Issues

 

Should you encounter any technical difficulty preventing you from accessing a purchased Product (e.g., a broken link or login error), it is your responsibility to contact our support team within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Resolution: We are committed to promptly resolving any verified access issues to ensure you receive the Product you paid for.

 

4. No Exchanges; Discretionary Credit Transfers

 

Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of digital goods, we do not offer exchanges.

However, as outlined in our Refund and Credit Transfer Policy, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a request for a credit transfer. This is not a right but a gesture of goodwill, evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.

  • If approved, a non-transferable credit, valid for 6 months, will be issued to your account.

 

5. Consulting and Live Programs

 

For high-value services such as 1-on-1 consulting or live cohort-based programs:

  • Access details, schedules, and resources will be delivered via email prior to the start of the engagement.

  • These services are ineligible for credit transfers or refunds once the first session has occurred or you have been granted access to the program materials, whichever comes first.
