You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination of your account or access, whether by you or us, does not entitle you to any refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev Tripathy AI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability will in all cases be limited as follows:
Digital Products & Self-Paced Courses (e.g., Voice Echo Kit, AI x You modules, toolkits):
Our total liability for any claim relating to a digital product shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid for the specific product, or (b) USD $100.
1-on-1 Engagements (consulting, coaching, private sessions):
For custom consulting or coaching services, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Cohort-Based Programs (live or group training):
For cohort-based or group training programs, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you for that program.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dev Tripathy AI Systems and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
4. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds
Payments: All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Gumroad). You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and to abide by the terms of the applicable payment provider.
Taxes: All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as GST, VAT). You are responsible for paying all such taxes and duties associated with your purchase.
Refunds: Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Credit transfers may be considered solely at our discretion, as outlined in our separate Refund and Credit Transfer Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
